As the founder and CEO of iRise Careers LLC, Jenny leverages her deep expertise in talent strategy—spanning acquisition, development, and management—to help individuals, organizations, and communities thrive.

She earned her Master of Business Administration and Human Resources Management Certification from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University. She is a dedicated professional association member serving colleges, universities, and underrepresented groups.

Jenny is a first-generation Cuban American daughter of immigrants, first-generation college graduate, and loving mother and wife.
