Jenny Araque is a dynamic and visionary HR expert, bringing over 18 years of experience as a Human Resources Executive across top global companies in legal, accounting, consulting, and healthcare industries. As the founder and CEO of iRise Careers LLC, Jenny leverages her deep expertise in talent strategy—spanning acquisition, development, and management—to help individuals, organizations, and communities thrive.

Jenny’s professional journey includes roles in some of the world’s most prestigious organizations, including:

• A Fortune 20-ranked and 2nd best healthcare company
• The 5th largest public accounting firm

Her comprehensive talent expertise and leadership in professional associations, including serving as President, have made her a sought-after expert in the industry. Jenny is passionate about building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, fostering environments where individuals and teams can excel.

She earned her Master of Business Administration and Human Resources Management Certification from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida International University.  She is a dedicated professional association member serving colleges, universities, and underrepresented groups. 

Jenny is a first-generation Cuban American daughter of immigrants, first-generation college graduate, and loving mother and wife.
